INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
Evaluation

        • functional-bormanFunctional Movement Assessment – This 60-minute functional movement assessment is performed by a licensed Physical Therapist in order to identify dysfunctional movement patterns that may lead to injury or inhibit sports performance progression and athletic enhancement. Upon finding and identifying movement dysfunctions, corrective exercise strategies can be designed so the client can perform these exercises during group and individual training with our coaches and trainers, as well as independently at home.
        • Athlete Performance Testing – Our athlete testing is designed to evaluate speed, vertical jump, agility, explosiveness, quickness, body weight strength, and local and core muscular endurance. Testing serves as a valuable tool to provide comparison before and after participation in the training program, or as an annual evaluation to monitor progress.

        • Duet Personal Training – 60 minutes
        • Private Athlete Training – 60 and 90 minutes

Sports Performance Training

Sport Performance Training in small group setting with up to 10 athletes per one instructor. This a 1.5-hour session containing dynamic warm-up and soft tissue release and stretching, followed by athletic movement training, agility, speed and power followed by individually designed strength and core training. Programming is specifically designed and periodized based on the athlete’s developmental and physical ability to optimize athletic and skill development. The athletes are categorized at their initial Performance testing session and the director of coaching designs all training protocols.

Small Group

        • Youth Athlete Training—Level 1 – This 60-minute class focuses on teaching the youngest athletes (age 8-11) bio- mechanically correct, safe fundamental movements to participate in sports. This class is held in a small group setting with up to 6 athletes per instructor. The session includes a dynamic warm-up and stretching, followed by athletic movement training, agility, speed followed by basic body weight strength and core training in a playful setting. This group contains athletes and individual never previously exposed to sport performance training and minimal recreational/club sports experience. They are in the initiation or pre-puberty stage. This type of training session gives the individual exposure to sport performance training.
        • Sport Performance Intermediate—Level 2 – The Intermediate group (age 12-14) contains athletes previously exposed to sport performance training and athletes involved in organized club level sports for three or more years. They are in the initiation/pre-puberty stage to the athletic formation/puberty stage and are starting to specialize in their sport.
        • Sport Performance Advanced—Level 3 – The Advanced group (age 15-18+) contains athletes involved in sport performance training for more than 10 years and involved in high level organized club/school level sports. They are at the end of their athletic formation stage and entering the specialization stage for their sport.
        • Sport Performance Elite—Level 4 – The Elite group (age 19+) contains athletes that have specialized in his/her sport to the highest level. They are in the high performance stage post puberty and are at the collegiate or post-collegiate level of competition.

Team Training

Sports Performance classes and programming specifically designed for different sports teams / clubs in order to improve agility, speed, power and overall body control with the end result of achieving excellent athletic performance and results within their sport. Soccer Skills/Performance Training

Sport Performance Training in small group setting with 3-4 athletes per instructor. This is a 1.5 hour session containing dynamic warm-up and soft tissue release and stretching, followed by soccer skills and athletic movement training, agility, speed and power followed by strength and core training to improve soccer performance.

Football Performance Training

Football Performance & Weight Training – Small group setting training of 1 hour + session with main emphasis to improve strength and power in the weight room and educate the football athlete on proper weight training and Olympic lifting to carry over to performance on the field. This training format is beneficial to all football athletes wanting to improve strength, power and overall performance on the field.

College Football Prep Performance Training

Football Performance & Weight Training – Small group setting training of 1 hour + session with main emphasis to improve strength and power in the weight room and educate the football athlete on proper weight training and Olympic lifting to carry over to performance on the field. This training format is beneficial to all football athletes wanting to improve strength, power and overall performance on the field.

Speed Development

The Speed Development class teaches the athlete fundamental running mechanics that allows the athlete to improve overall start, acceleration and maximum velocity carrying over to enhanced sports performance. For all levels.

Return to Sports

This class is designed for individuals with previously diagnosed and treated movement dysfunctions, including structural injuries treated non-operatively or operatively. This class teaches the athlete fundamental movement mechanics in order to improve neuro-muscular recruitment and firing patterns, muscular strength/endurance, balance and proprioception required to return to sports activities with less risk of re-injury. The class predominately teaches proper mechanics and skills always used in sports such as running, acceleration/deceleration, cutting, change direction, jumping, landing, stopping and cutting.

Adult Group Training

        • Fitness on the Turf – A group class that accommodates all fitness levels and encompasses full body conditioning using our state-of-the-art equipment and facility. Expect cardio, core activation, balance and muscle strengthening exercises.
        • Circuit Training – You will work at different stations, alternating upper body, lower body, core and cardio exercises to maximize your work out. Equipment will vary each time.
