Orange County Soccer Club Announce Partnership Renewal With ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance

Orange County SC is pleased to announce ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance remains the official provider of sports medicine and sports performance, providing the team with the best physical therapy and performance facility for its Orange County SC players.

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance is excited to be the official preferred sports medicine and sports performance provider for Orange County SC. ProSport’s clinical director and soccer performance specialist, Robert Spang, works seamlessly with team physicians, trainers and coaches to provide optimal health for all players.

“We will be providing on-field athletic training as well as individualized hands-on therapeutic injury prevention and recovery treatments at our state-of-the art facilities throughout Orange County,” said Spang.

The key to keeping Orange County SC players healthy is having a professional team of licensed sports physical therapists, certified athletic trainers and strength & conditioning specialists who work side-by-side with Orange County SC’s coaching staff.

“We are proud to continue our partnership with Prosport,” said General Manager and Executive Vice President of soccer Operations Oliver Wyss.  “ProSport truly understands the dynamics of soccer and what is necessary to keep our players performing at the highest level.  They have always provided our team with the best injury prevention programs and first class recovery treatments”

Having an alliance with an Orange County based provider on the field daily that will travel with the team and provide performance enhancement and injury prevention programs is the key to a successful season for the Orange County SC. Not only is ProSport providing on-field athletic training, players are also training at ProSport’s world-class Rancho Santa Margarita facility with specialized sports performance coaches and individualized hands-on therapeutic injury prevention and recovery treatments.

Orange County SC takes on cross town rivals LA Galaxy II this Saturday, May 6th for their 2017 Home Opener at the Orange County Great Park.
