Take the High Intensity Interval Training Challenge – H.I.I.T.

H.I.I.T. is a fast and intense 1-hour full body workout based on interval training. This form of workout increases muscular and cardiovascular endurance, strength, function movement, flexibility, core stability and athleticism. ProSport Performance in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA is calling all warriors to join in the 8-week H.I.I.T. Challenge.

The H.I.I.T. classes are in a small group setting and are offer early mornings before work and evenings after work Monday through Friday and Saturday’s. This rigorous and innovative workouts ┬áinclude a focus on injury prevention, neuromuscular control and proper biomechanics. Exercise programs are designed on a three level scale including beginner, intermediate and advanced options for each exercise. During the 8-week session you will be put through three testing sessions; Function Movement Screening (FMS), 10-Point Fitness and Body Composition. You will also receive nutritional information, a journal documenting your performance and counseling on goal setting techniques. So if you’re looking for something a little different to help take you to the next level or are just starting back into a fitness routine, then take the 8-week challenge and prove to yourself that it’s your time to get fit.
