HIIT is a fast & intense 1-hr full body workout based on interval training.
Increases muscular and cardiovascular endurance, strength, functional movement, flexibility, core stability, and athleticism
Focus on injury prevention, neuromuscular control, and proper biomechanics
Exercise programs are designed on a three level scale including beginner, intermediate, and advanced options for each exercise.
